Deacons & Deaconesses
Those who serve the practical needs of the church — hospitality, ordinances, and care.
Serving With Joy
Deacons and deaconesses follow the example of the seven chosen in Acts 6 — men and women set apart to serve the practical needs of the congregation so that spiritual leaders can focus on prayer and the Word. They are the hands and feet of the church.
Our deacon and deaconess team welcomes visitors, collects tithe and offerings, prepares communion, cares for the church building, visits the sick, and assists families in need. They model Christlike service in every aspect of church life.
